30-Day Return Period

You have the right to return any non-personalised items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all tags and packaging intact.


Please note that we are unable to accept returns on items that have been personalised or customised unless they are faulty or not as described. This includes items that have been embroidered, printed, or otherwise altered to your specifications.

Ordering a Sample

We understand that choosing the right size can be tricky, especially when ordering in bulk. That's why we recommend ordering a sample before placing a larger order if you're unsure about sizes. Samples allow you to try out the fit and quality of our products before committing to a larger purchase, ensuring that you get the perfect fit for your team.

Faulty or Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you as soon as possible, or provide you with a full refund, including any return postage costs incurred.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team below. You will need to provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. Our team will guide you through the returns process and provide you with a returns authorisation number (RAN) if applicable.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty or damaged. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method to ensure that your return reaches us safely. Please ensure that you include your RAN with your returned item(s) to expedite the processing of your return.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [insert number] days.
