Can I get a quote before ordering?
Yes — this is very common, especially for businesses or larger orders. Just send us your requirements and we’ll put everything together for you.
Do I have to order online?
No — if you would rather speak to someone or email your order through, that is absolutely fine.
What branding options do you offer?
We offer embroidery and printed logos. Embroidery is the most popular for durability, while print works well for larger or more detailed designs.
Where can my logo go?
Common positions include left chest, right chest, full back and sleeves. If you need something specific, just let us know.
I don’t have my logo in the right format — is that a problem?
Not at all — just send what you have and we’ll review it before production.
Will I see a visual before my order is produced?
Yes — we provide visuals for all custom orders before anything goes into production.

How long does an order take?
Custom workwear is typically around 1–2 weeks. Non-custom items are quicker. If you’re on a deadline, let us know and we’ll try to help.
Do you offer fast turnaround?
Yes — if you need something quickly, we’ll always try to prioritise where possible.
