What Stormtech makes

The range splits into three broad groups. Shell jackets and waterproofs for genuinely wet work outdoors. Softshells and hybrid jackets for the wind-and-drizzle middle ground that covers most UK working days. Fleeces and mid-layers designed to sit under the shells rather than be worn alone, which is why they run slimmer than a standard workwear fleece.

Who it suits

Teams working outdoors year round, and client-facing roles where the jacket is part of how the business presents itself. Groundworks, utilities, marine, events and outdoor hospitality all reorder Stormtech regularly. It is over-specified for indoor warehouse work, and we would steer you to Pro RTX or Regatta instead for that.

Branding Stormtech

Technical outerwear needs care. Embroidering straight through a taped waterproof membrane can compromise it, so on fully waterproof shells we either use a backed embroidery method or place the logo where the membrane is not load-bearing. On softshells and fleeces, standard embroidery is fine and looks excellent against the fabric. Send us the style code and we will tell you what will work before you commit.

Sizing

Stormtech runs closer to the body than most UK workwear brands, on the basis that the shells are meant to layer over a fleece rather than a jumper. If your team are used to Regatta or Pro RTX sizing, expect to go up a size on the fitted styles. We can send samples before a team order.
