Warehouse Workwear

Warehouse work is hard on clothing. Long shifts, constant movement, forklifts passing at close quarters and temperatures that swing from loading bay cold to picking-aisle warm. Our warehouse workwear collection is built for exactly that, with hi-vis polos, hoodies, jackets, bodywarmers and hardwearing trousers from brands like Portwest, Regatta and Pro RTX. Every item can be finished with your logo through our in-house embroidery and printing service, so your team looks consistent from goods-in to dispatch.

What to look for in warehouse workwear

The right kit depends on your site, but a few things matter almost everywhere:

  • Visibility rating. Hi-vis garments are classified under EN ISO 20471. Class 1 suits lower-risk indoor areas, while Class 2 is the sensible minimum where forklifts and vehicles operate. Our Regatta [INTERNAL LINK: hi-vis] X-Pro range covers both.
  • Layering options. Warehouses are rarely one temperature. Bodywarmers, fleeces and 1/4 zips let staff adjust through a shift without ditching their branded kit.
  • Durable trousers. Holster pockets and reinforced panels take the strain of repeated kneeling, lifting and scanning. The Result Work-Guard X-Over holster trousers are a solid pick here.
  • Breathable fabrics. Pickers and packers cover serious distance. Wicking polos and t-shirts keep them comfortable at pace

Our warehouse workwear range

The collection runs from budget-friendly basics like the Pro RTX high visibility polo through to serious cold-weather kit such as the Portwest PW3 hi-vis winter jacket. In between you'll find Craghoppers fleece and hybrid [INTERNAL LINK: jackets], Result softshells and bodywarmers, and Regatta's 3-in-1 Benson jacket for staff moving between the yard and the floor. Sizes run from XS up to 6XL, and most lines come in multiple colours so you can match your company branding.

Frequently asked questions

What class of hi-vis do warehouse staff need?
It depends on the risk assessment for your site. As a rule of thumb, Class 1 is fine for lower-risk indoor work, but anywhere forklifts or vehicles operate, Class 2 is the standard most employers specify.
Can you add our logo to hi-vis garments?
Yes. We embroider and print hi-vis daily - we just position the branding so it doesn't compromise the reflective tape or the garment's certification.
What's best for a cold or chilled warehouse?
Layers. A wicking base, a fleece or bodywarmer over the top, and a proper winter jacket like the Portwest PW3 for anyone on the loading bay.
Is there a minimum order for branded warehouse workwear?
No minimum - though larger team orders work out better per item. Send us your requirements and we'll quote it.
How quickly can you kit out a new team?
Turnaround depends on quantities and customisation, but because printing and embroidery happen in-house we're not waiting on third parties. Call us on 01353 655555 and we'll give you an honest timeframe.
